This is a WPA historic stone octagon building.
Livestock / Equine Sale Barn
Round dirt floor 32ft in diameter
Wood bench seating for 400 occupancy
Livestock pens under seating (very small)
No restrooms - you may rent portable toilets
No heat or airconditioning

Grandstands for 4,200 occupancy
Additional bleacher seating on south & east
Announcers booth & rodeo office

306' X 175' complete rodeo set up.
